Ron M. Donohue is President and Chairman of Hoyt Advisory Services (HAS), a real estate consulting corporation focusing on complex real estate issues requiring cutting-edge research. He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science, a Master’s in Urban Planning, and a Ph.D. in Urban, Technological, and Environmental Planning, all from the University of Michigan. He serves on the Board of Directors of HAS, the Ohmer Hoyt Institute, the Maury Seldin Advanced Studies Institute, and the Hoyt Institute for Real Estate. He writes frequently and his work appears in a wide range of media, such as Journal of Real Estate Research, Real Estate Issues, Properties, Urban Quality Indicators, International Journal of Simulation and Gaming, and the University of Michigan’s Leading Edge Series. He works closely with Sterling, consulting on investment analysis, economic feasibility analysis, and strategic planning, and assisting clients with complex issues requiring rigorous analysis in these areas.
