James E. Pawlukiewicz is Professor of Finance at Xavier University, where he teaches in the areas of financial modeling and valuation. He holds a B.S. in Business and Economics, an M.S. in Economics, and a Ph.D. in Finance. He has conducted extensive research in option pricing, mergers, and acquisitions, and has published in numerous professional journals, including Financial Review and Review of Quantitative Finance and Accounting. He maintains an active consulting practice as principal of JP Associates, a professional valuation consultancy in business since 1999.
